Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect your giveaway entry unless we need to contact you to administer the giveaway or notify you if you are selected as a potential winner. By opting out before a winner is selected, you opt out of potential winning email notifications.

• Service providers that help us operate the giveaway, such as email platforms, form providers, CRM tools, website hosts, analytics providers, and prize fulfillment vendors.

We do not sell your giveaway entry information for money.

5. Retention

Unless a longer retention period is required or appropriate, we generally retain giveaway entry records for 24 months.

Marketing email information may be retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions.

The giveaway is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it as required by law.
