How do I get started?
Getting started is easy. Simply visit our online cannabis menu and start shopping! When you’re ready to checkout you will be asked to create an account. From there you’ll have to upload a picture of your government-issued ID as well as a selfie with your ID in hand. For medical patients, a separate photo of your physician’s recommendation will be needed. For your first order, you can purchase up to $250 worth of cannabis products.
Is it possible to leave the delivery at my door?
Unfortunately, we cannot leave the delivery at the door. Due to compliance, we must deliver to the Humble Root member who placed the order and verify the member’s government issued ID.
Do you accept debit or credit cards?
We currently only accept cash and online payments through Stronghold.
Where do we deliver?
We offer on-demand cannabis dispensary delivery to the greater area of Sacramento and scheduled same-day deliveries to Lincoln, Galt, Lodi, Stockton, and Tracy on one of two routes each day.
What is the minimum or maximum for delivery?
The minimum amount for most deliveries is $43 after applicable tax. The maximum order limit is $250 for first-time customers. Some extended locations may have a $75 order minimum. You can check your location by tapping here or by reaching out to customer service.

What is the average delivery time?
Once an order is finalized, delivery to your hands is approximately one hour and a half to four hours.
Does Humble Root have taxes?
Due to the new regulations, all members will be required to pay 8.75% sales tax for CA unless the member has a state-issued MMIC. The sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout when ordered through humbleroot.com. Sales tax may not be initially included when using third-party sites such as weedmaps. Most orders must meet the $43 minimum after taxes have been applied. Some extended locations may have a $75 order minimum. Does Humble Root have a Rewards Program?

What are your hours of operation?
Humble Root delivers quality cannabis in Sacramento area and to our expanding routes 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you missed the window and place an order outside those hours, you can schedule a future cannabis delivery within that timeframe for another day.
Does Humble Root have a Referral Program?
We do! As an existing customer you receive $20 in credit upon completion of a first delivery to a new member. They will also in turn have $20 to spend on their first order. Is cannabis delivery legal?
Yes! Weed delivery is 100% legal for adults over 21 years of age in California with valid ID, whether you’re ordering for recreational or medical use.
