Our goal is to improve quality of life for all members of the Humble Root family. We will strive to make the return process as painless as possible. All returns must go through the Humble Root dispatch. Couriers do not have the authority to approve returns. Please fill out a Return & Exchange Request form below (Response takes 1 Business Day). We stand by the quality of all the products we sell to our members.
- All items must be returned within three days from purchase to be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Product must be unopened in original sealed packaging. If product is opened no refund or exchange is available.
- Humble Root will charge a $10 restocking fee for returned items. The $10 fee will be waived with a new purchase that meets the minimum delivery amount.
- Refunds or exchanges for defective product will be brought out to members at no additional cost.
- No refund or exchange is available for smoking accessories.
- All refunds or exchanges will be processed and delivered within one business day of request approval.
- If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.
- We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange.
