I'm new. How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. Simply visit our menu and start shopping! When you’re ready to checkout, you will be asked to create an account. You’ll have to upload a picture of your government issued ID. A separate photo of your physician’s recommendation is required for medical patients. Our maximum amount for your first order is $150.

What is the average delivery time?
Once an order is finalized, delivery to your hands is approximately one hour and a half to four hours.
What are your hours of operation?

9AM – 9PM, 7 Days a Week!

Is it possible to leave the delivery at my door?

Unfortunately we cannot leave the delivery at the door. Due to compliance we must deliver to the Humble Root member who placed the order and verify the member’s government issued ID.

What is the minimum/maximum for delivery?

The minimum for delivery is $43 after applicable tax. The maximum is $150 for first time customers.

Does Humble Root have a Referral Program?

We do! As an existing customer you receive $10 in credit upon completion of a first delivery to a new member. They will also in turn have $10 to spend on their first order. The orders both must still meet our minimum after credit has been applied. Please provide the full name in the order notes to receive credit. Use coupon code “10BUDS” at checkout.

Does Humble Root have taxes or delivery fees?

Due to the new regulations, all members will be required to pay 8.75% sales tax for CA unless the member has a state issued MMIC. The sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout when ordered through humbleroot.com. Sales tax may not be included when using third party sites such as weedmaps. Humble Root does not charge a delivery fee. All orders must meet the $43 minimum after taxes have been applied.

Does Humble Root have a Rewards Program?

Yes we do! Our Loyalty Rewards Program is in the form of Kush Coins that you receive with every order placed through our website humbleroot.com. Receive 1 Kush Coin for every dollar spent. Rewards will be redeemable once a point threshold. View /rewards-program/ for full details

How does delivery work?

We offer Same Day Cannabis Delivery into Davis, Dixon, Vacaville, Fairfield, Galt, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca Tracy and Modesto. Here are a few things to keep in mind when using our dispensary;

Delivery Estimated Times of Arrivals (ETA) will be sent via text as the drivers depart.

Get updates from your dispatcher, so you’re not left in the dark.

You must confirm your delivery by responding to the ETA text, otherwise your order will not be delivered!

Confirming your order is important to making the process smooth & transparent.

Your courier will contact you with your updated ETA when you are next on the route.

Get a text update so you are mentally prepared for your order!

You must be present with a Valid Physical Government ID, such as a Driver’s License.

Having a Valid ID is important. State laws require all ID’s be thoroughly checked for safety and legalities.

Orders can not be changed after the order deadline time.
Orders can be scheduled up to 15 days in advance.

There are lots of benefits to Pre-Ordering. Plan your week ahead!

Deliveries must be made to your door and off campus/student housing.
Any Returns or Discrepancies will be sent out on the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery within Sacramento is on demand
Delivery Times: Extended Cities
  • Morning orders placed before 11:30am will be delivered by 4pm
  • Evening orders placed before 4:00pm will be delivered by 9pm
  • Evening orders placed after 4:00pm will be scheduled for next day delivery and receive 200 Kush Coins to their account

Our Return Policy.

Our goal is to improve quality of life for all members of the Humble Root family. We will strive to make the return process as painless as possible.

All returns must go through the Humble Root dispatch. Couriers do not have the authority to approve returns. Please fill out a Return & Exchange Request form below (Response takes 1 Business Day). You may also call/text the dispatch at (916) 793-5182 or email orders@humbleroot.com for any questions.

Defective

  • Item must be returned within 3 days from purchase to be eligible for refund or exchange
  • Must have original packaging and product​
  • Refund or exchange will be brought to customer at no additional costs​
  • All refunds or exchanges will be processed and delivered within one business day of request approval.​
  • If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.​

  • We charge a $10 restocking fee for returned items. The $10 fee will be waived with a new purchase that meets the minimum delivery amount.​
  • No refund or exchange is available for smoking accessories.​ If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.​
  • We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange.​
