I am new, how do I get started?
Welcome to Humble Root! You will first need to register with us. You can do that by clicking the Registration tab on the top left or click here. You will need to submit a picture of your driver’s license or government issued ID. A separate photo of your physician’s recommendation is required for medical patients. Once we have you registered, you will receive a text message with instructions on how you can begin to place your order. To place an order online, you will also need to create an account with our website here.
We are happy to accept new patients orders until 9 pm.
What is the average delivery time?
Once an order is finalized, delivery to your hands is approximately one hour and a half to four hours.
Is it possible to leave the delivery at my door?
Unfortunately we cannot leave the delivery at the door. Due to compliance we must deliver to the Humble Root member who placed the order and verify the member’s government issued ID.
What is the minimum for delivery?
The minimum for delivery is $39 before applicable tax. To see our service area map click here.
Does Humble Root have taxes or delivery fees?
Due to the new regulations, all members will be required to pay 8.25% sales tax for CA unless the member has a state issued MMIC. The sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout when ordered through humbleroot.com. Sales tax may not be included when using third party sites such as weedmaps. Humble Root does not charge a delivery fee. All orders must meet the $39 minimum before taxes have been applied.
Does Humble Root have a Rewards Program?
Yes we do! Our Loyalty Rewards Program is in the form of Kush Coins that you receive with every order placed through our website humbleroot.com. Receive 5 Kush Coins for every dollar spent. Rewards can be claimed on each order – 500 points gets you a dollar in credit – every dollar you spend gets you 5 points. Every review you leave on our product pages will grant you 50 points as well! There is a maximum of 20,000 Coins that can be redeemed per order.
